Chinese maggi recipe
1 pack Maggi Noodles
1 tablespoon oil
2 finely chopped Garlic Cloves
1/2 inch Ginger
1 tablespoon chopped Spring Onions (white part)
1/4 cup Carrots, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped Spring Onions (green part)
1/4 cup Capsicum, sliced
1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
Prep. Time → 20 min
Cook Time → 20 min
1. Boil water in a container and cook your maggi without the tastemaker. (While dropping maggi into water,put 2 drops of oil so that noodles doesn't stick later)
Drain and set aside.
Take a pan and heat oil it. Add ginger and garlic. Saute on a high flame for 1-2 minutes.
Add spring onion,carrots,carrots and capsicum to the pan. Saute again for 2-3 minutes.
Then add noodles to the pan. Keep it closed with a lid for a minute on a low flame.
After this open and toss well.
Add maggi tastemaker if you wish too or you can replace it with a pinch of 'Maggi Magic Masala'(step is optional).
