Chocolate cake in a mug of Amy Jessup - Recipefy

2 tablespoons almond butter( I used crunchy)
2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
Dash of salt

1. Mix all ingredients well. Microwave for 45-60 seconds.

2. This is pretty rich, we usually don't put a whole 2 tbsp of honey in. Microwave time will depend on how much honey though. If you make it once and it's dry, don't give up on it. Try it again, just microwave less time. If it's still a bit runny, just pop it back in for a few seconds.

3. This is mostly fat and carbs and about 400 calories. It is an amazing recipe and so excellent when you just need something warm and chewy and sweet. If you have a duck egg, I'd use that instead of chicken. It makes it that much better. :) But, I'd try to leave it for the days where you worked out, or days where you are short on carbs and/or fat.
