Chocolate Cake of Bugatti04 - Recipefy

FOR THE CAKE;
200g self raising flour,
200g caster sugar,
40g cocoa,
175g unsalted butter,
2 large eggs,
2 teaspoons vanilla extract,
150ml double cream,
FOR THE ICING
75g unsalted butter,
175g milk chocolate,
250g icing sugar,
1 tablespoon golden syrup,
125ml double cream,
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 30 min

1. 1. make sure all items are at room temperature

2. 2. preheat the oven to gas mark 4\180degrees

3. 3. combine all ingredients whisk together until fluffy

4. 4. pour mixture into a lined tray

5. 5. cook for 30 minutes

6. FOR ICING
1. melt the butter and chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water

7. 2. while chocolate and butter are melting sieve the icing sugar into another bowl

8. 3. add the icing sugar,golden syrup,double cream and vanilla extract to the melted chocolate and butter.

9. 4. spread over cooled cake
