Chocolate chip cookies;)
Recipe by
200g milk choc chips, 100g unsalted butter, 50g caster suger, 75g light brown suger, 1 egg, 150g plain flour, 1x5ml spoon vinilla essence/ vinilla flavouring
Prep. Time → 30-45 min
Cook Time → 15-20 min
1. Cream together the unsalted butter, brown suger and caster suger until light and creamy.
2. Beat the egg in a mixing bowl, and slowly whisk in to the butter and sugar.
3. Add in the flour, chocolate chips and vinilla essence.
4. Stir well.
5. Put them in the oven at 170'c they should be in for 10-15 minuites.
6. leave the cookies in a cooling rack and eat when cooled.
7. **Don't burn the cookies or they will be rock hard when they dry, when coming out of the oven they should be reasonably soft**
