Ingredients for 2 - 9" cake layers
9 Tbsp butter
6 Tbsp milk
9 Tbsp cocoa
3 cups powdered sugar

Directions
1. Melt butter & cocoa together over low heat (or in the microwave)
2. Stir in milk. Add powdered sugar gradually stirring constantly until stiff and smooth.
3. Frost cooled cake layers.
