Chocolate mousse
Recipe by Rob Taylor
115g (4oz) - Cooking Chocolate
12g (0.4oz) - White Chocolate, shaved
4 tablespoon - Castor Sugar
4x - Eggs, separated
4 tablespoon - Water
Prep. Time → 150 min
1. Heat Chocolate and Water in saucepan over low heat.
2. Allow Chocolate to cool for 3 minutes.
3. Separate eggs. Beat the whites until stiff (use cool beater).
4. Mix egg yolks with chocolate one by one. Add the Castor Sugar, mix then fold in egg whites.
5. Put into desert dishes and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
6. Sprinkle White Chocolate shavings on top and serve.
