Chocolate zuchinni brownies

3/8 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Date Sugar
1 medium zucchini grated (1 1/2 Cups to 2 Cups)
1 t vanilla extract
1/2 Cup Silk Unsweetened Coconut Milk
3/8 Cup White Whole Wheat Flour
3/8 Cup Protein Plus Peanut Flour
1/2 Cup Ghirardelli Cocoa
1/2 Cup Ghirardelli mini chocolate chips
1 t baking powder
1. Mix date sugar with peanut butter. Add zucchini, coconut milk and vanilla still until smooth. In another bowl mix all the dry ingredients together. Add dry ingredients to wet and stir until just mixed. Bake in greased (Butter PAM) 8" x 8" square pan at 325 for 25 minutes or so until the brownie is just set.
