Ingredients For Strusel Topping
¼ cup flour
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
butter

Ingredients For Cake
2 cup flour
¾ cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 ½ tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 egg
milk
butter

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 30 min

1. Preheat oven to 350F/GM4. Grease 9inx13in pan.

2. Combine topping ingredients. Cut in butter until and mix with a fork until coarse crumbs form. Set aside.

3. Mix together flour, cinnamon, sugar, baking powder. Cut in butter and mix with a fork until coarse crumbs form.

4. In a mixing cup, whisk together one egg with enough milk to make one cup of mixture. Pour into crumbs from step 3, mixing until the crumbs are soaked through with the egg mixture only.

5. Spread into prepared pan and top with strusel topping. Bake 25-30 minutes until knife in center comes out clean.
