Citrus custard tart recipe

1 9" homemade or store brought pie crust
4 eggs
1 zest and juice of lemon
1 zest and juice of orange
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup heavy cream
1/4 tsp salt

1. 1. Preheat oven to 350*. Take a 9'' tart pan, and spray with non stick spay; and place on baking sheet.

2. 2.Take pie crust, put inside tart pan. Cut off any excess;

3. 3. Take a fork, and prick the bottom all over, and the sides.

4. 4.Take some foil, place it right inside the tart. Take some dry beans, ( for blind baking) and pour inside foil. Put in oven for 15 mins.

5. 5.In a large measuring cup, add eggs, heavy cream, sugar, pinch of salt, zest & juice of orange, and zest and juice of lemon. Mix together till combined.

6. 6.When tart is done, remove foil and beans.

7. 7.Reduce oven temp to 300*.

8. 8.Pour mixture into crust tart, and put in oven (300*) for 45 mins. Then let it cool competely.

9. ( for topping:)

10. 1. Take some heavy whipping cream, and put in bowl. Use whisk and whisk till stiff peaks. When done, add confectioner sugar and whisk again.

11. 2.Remove tart out of pan; cut and serve on plate. Add a dallop of heavy cream, and a spinkle of sugar
