14 oz of shortcrust pastry
415g jar of luxury mincemeat
1 egg, beaten
icing sugar, for dusting

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 190
Rollout half the pastry and use to line 20 tin holes.
Fill with mincemeat.
Re-roll the pastry trimmings and stampout 20 lids and
use to cover the pies.
2. Brush with egg and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve dusted with icing sugar.
