Prep. Time → 20 minutes min

Cook Time → 30 minutes min

1. Take tinfoil and lay flat in a baking pan.

2. Ad one tablespoon of olive oil onto tinfoil

3. Put 1 sliced tomato and 1 sliced onion in tinfoil

4. Next lay fish on top of tomato and onions

5. Spread Garlic on top of fish

6. Add remaining 2 sliced tomatoes and one slice onion on top of fish

7. Sprinkle Oregano and Basil over dish

8. Pour wine and salad dressing over dish.

9. Add salt and pepper and parm when done to taste.. I like to put a bowl of fresh parm on the table so everyone can sprinkle how much they want.

10. Grilling Instructions:

11. 500 degrees Grill, Take tinfoil and fold up on both sides making a pouch, cook for about 20-25 minutes on grill depending on the thickness of fish, test with fork and make sure moist but flaking. You can leave the tinfoil pouch partially open to get the grilling flavor, expecially good with hickory chips.

12. Oven Instructions

13. Pre-head oven to 450 degrees, cook 30 minutes, remove and salt and pepper to taste.

14. This dish is excellent when served over rice. The sauce it creates is great for dipping mussels or pouring over rice.

15. Nicely matched with broccoli or asparagrus
