Compota de calabaza

Ingredients
1k calabaza, 250g de azúcar granillo, 1 rama de canela, clavo en polvo ( poco ), opcional 25g de mantequilla, 100ml de agua.

Directions
1. Cortar pelar la calabaza.
2. Poner todos los ingredientes juntos.
3. Colocar a fuego lento hasta que este tierna.
4. Triturar,reservar,enfriar y concervar
