Cranberry bread
Recipe by Pam Hardy Beebe
Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 tea. baking powder
1/4 tea. baking soda
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tea. salt
1/2 cup raisins
1 egg
1 cup (8 oz. can) cranberry sauce
1 Tbls. melted fat or oil
Directions
1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add raisins.
3. Sir in egg, cranberry sauce, and oil.
4. Add dry ingredients to cranberry mixture.
5. Stir just until blended.
6. Pour into greased loaf pan.
7. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes until browned.
