Cranberry broccoli slaw

Ingredients for eight servings
2 cups fresh broccoli florettes
1 1/4 cups dried cherries
4 cups shredded cabbage-or try combo of cabbage and broccoli slaw
one small onion, chopped or green onions sliced
eight slices of bacon, crispy, chopped
1 cup raisins
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 cup low-fat mayonnaise

Directions
1. combine broccoli, cranberries, cabbages, onion, bacon, raisins, and nuts in a bowl.
2. Blend sugar, vinegar and Mayo in a small bowl. Add to salad and toss gently.
3. Chill 20 min.
