This is served with Party Ham Roll Ups 2 cups raw cranberries, ground 1/2 cup sugar 2 cups diced apples, pared or unpared, as desired 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 3 cups mini marshmallows 1/4 tsp. salt 1 cup heavy cream, whipped

1. Combine cranberries and sugar; cover and chill overnight. Add apples, walnuts, marshmallows and salt. Fold in shipped cream. Chill. Serve as a salad or as dessert.
