Cream cheese cupcakes

8 oz. cream cheese 1 egg 1 lg. bag chocolate chips 1/8 tsp. salt 1/3 cup sugar Beat together, then stir in large bag chocolate chips. 3 cups flour 2 tsp. soda 1 tsp. salt 2 cups sugar 2 Tbsp. vinegar 1/2 cup cocoa 2 tsp. vanilla 2/3 cup liquid shortening 2 cups water

1. Beat together. Fill cupcake holders a little over half full. Drop one Tbsp of cream cheese mixture in center of each cupcake. Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes. Makes 28 to 30.
