1 cup water
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 stick of unsalted butter
4 eggs at room temp.
1 ice cream (vanilla)
1 chocolate syrup

1. 1. Pour in a cup of water, in sauce pan: Add a stick of butter: let it come to a full boil: turn heat off:

2. 2. Add a pinch of salt: and flour: mix like crazy, till it turns in a ball: turn heat back on: medium high: keep mixing for a min: put in bowl:

3. 3.then, add in 4 eggs one at a time: stir every time you add one: mix well.

4. 4.put on baking pan: spread out: take a dip of water, and smooth out cream puffs with fingers:

5. 5. Till nice and round on top: put in oven for 400* for 45 mins: let cool for 15 mins: when done, instead a small hole in them, and fill in pudding or ice cream.
