Creamy cauliflower stew

Cauliflower-1 small cut into florets
Potato-1 big boiled and cut into cubes
Carrot-1 cut into small cubes
Onion-1 small chopped finely
Capsicum-1 small/1/4 cup cut into cubes
Ginger-1/2 tspn
Garlic-5 podes
Green chilli-2
Whole masala-1 small stick cinnamon,3 cardamom,3 cloves
Medium thick coconut milk-1/2 cup
Thick coconut milk-1/4 cup
Cashenut paste-2 tblspn
Curry leaves
Oil
Salt
1. Place a bowl full of water in the stove.Sprinkle some salt to it.Put the cauliflower florets in it and let it boil.Switch off the flame and keep for 5 mints.Drain water and keep aside.
2. Heat oil a pan and splutter whole masala.Add onion,ginger,garlic,green chillies,carrot and capsicum.Saute till the onions becomes soft(the onions shud't change colour.)
Then add boiled potato and cauliflower florets.Mix everything well.Now add medium thick coconut milk and enough salt.Add curry leaves.Cover and cook in low flame till the vegetables are cooked well and the gravy has become even less than half in quantity.Then simmer the flame to lowest and add 1/4 cup thick coconut milk and cashew nut paste.
Mix well.Cover and keep in low flame for about 3-4 mints till the gravy becomes thick.Yummy cauliflower stew is ready to be served.
