Creamy pumpkin pie

3/4c sugar
1/2tsp salt
1tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves (optional)
2 large eggs
1can (15oz) pumpkin
1 can (12oz) evaporated milk
9 in pie crust

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 60 min

1. Preheat oven to 425 and then decrease heat to 350.

2. Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl and set aside
In a large bowl beat your two eggs stir in the pumpkin and sugar spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk to the mixture.
Pour into your unbaked piecrust.

3. Bake at 350 for about an hour. Pie is finished when a knife comes out clean near the center of the pie.
