800 m leche
100 gr azucar
1 rama de canela
zeste de limon o naranja
200 ml leche
50 azucar
100 gr maizena
4 yemas

1. infusimar los primeros 4 ingredientes juntos
2. despues se mezcla con la fecula,l azucar, yema y la leche
3. y ya la tendriamos terminada
