azúcar 250 gramos
agua 1 dl
huevo 1
yema 1
mantequilla 350 gramos

Directions
1. 1 baño maría. montar las yemas y el huevo
2. 2 hacer el almíbar hebra regular 38º B
3. 3 incorporar a chorro fino el almíbar caliente al huevo
4. 4 empomar la mantequilla hasta que este bien homogénea
