3 to 4 lb. thawed, boneless roast 1 pkg. au jus mix , about 1 oz. 1 pkg. Good seasons Italian salad dressing mix, 1/2 oz. 1 ( 10.5 oz.) can beef broth 1/2 soup can water

1. Place roast in crock pot. Combine sauce and pour over beef: Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
