Crunchy parmesan chicken strips

4 chicken breast fillets
1/3 cup buttery cracker crumbs (Ritz)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. dried chopped parsley
½ cup butter, melted
salt and pepper to taste
Prep. Time → 30 min
Cook Time → 30 min
1. Combine cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes in a small bowl and mix well. Cut chicken into small strips and dip in melted butter then in crumb mixture.
Place in a lightly greased 9x13” baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and then broil 2 minutes.
