Crunchy, sweet and creamy endives
2 or 3 heads endives
1. Cut the bases off the endive to separate the leaves. Make a pretty arrangement on a platter- neat rows or fanned.
2. Top each leaf with a small dollop of goat cheese and some chopped walnuts.
3. Drizzle with honey.
