Crustless protein pumpkin 'pie'

14 oz pumpkin
1 scoops ON vanilla whey protein
3 eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened almond mik
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 55 min

1. Preheat oven 350F. Grease pie plate or baking dish.

2. Dump everything into a mixing bowl. Mix until blended.

3. Pour into pan.

4. Set into hot water bath (optional)

5. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
