cucumber soup recipe
1 fresh dill
2 Tbsp butter
1 can of chicken broth
1/2 cup sour cream
1 fresh parsely
1. 1. Chop the cucumbers.
2. 2. in a large pot, put the butter till melted. Add the cucumbers, and broth.
3. 3. Let the soup simmer for 20 mins, or until the cucumbers are soft.
4. 4.put the soup in a blender and purée it.
