Curried Yoghurt and Honey Chicken Shuttlecook Style of James Parker - Recipefy

2 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp plain yoghurt
1 lime
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp curry powder
300g boneless chicken
150g rice
Handful of seedless red grapes
1 celery stick
1/2 red onion
2 tbsp cashews

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 10 min

1. Put saucepan on the hob with a tbsp of butter

2. Add the rice and shake to ensure it is coated in butter

3. Boil twice the amount of water than rice and a little salt and pepper

4. In a large bowl mix the sour cream, honey, yoghurt, curry powder and a little salt and pepper

5. Slice the lime in half and squeeze the juice into the bowl

6. Preheat a frying pan with some oil

7. Slice the grapes in half, the celery into 1/2 cm pieces, chop the onion finely and add to the bowl

8. Chop up the chicken into small pieces and fry in pan

9. After 4 mins the chicken and rice should be done

10. Add the chicken to the large bowl

11. Sprinkle on the cashews and serve with rice
