Dolce latté chicken with herby wedges and spring beans

3 Chicken Fillets
150ml white wine
250ml double cream
150g dolcelatte cheese
30g butter
3tbsp parsley
6 rashers bacon
4 large potatoes
herb mixture
packet of spring beans/ runner beans
Olive oil

Prep. Time → 30 min

Cook Time → 60 min

1. Dolce latté chicken for 3:
1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil, Brown 3 chicken fillets in a deep frying pan, this will take around 3-5 minutes.

2. 2. Add 150ml of white wine to the pan to deglaze until half the liquid has reduced.

3. 3. Add 250ml of double cream and 150g of dolce latte cheese, stir in until cheese has melted.

4. 4. Add 30g of butter and 3 tbsp of parsley and stir.

5. 5. Simmer away until chicken is fully cooked

6. 6. Meanwhile grill some bacon until crisp and place on top of the chicken when dishing up.

7. For the wedges:
1. Cut 4 large potatoes into wedges, and part boil for 10 minutes

8. 2. Stand to drain

9. 3. Put some oil into a baking tray and add potatoes, cover in seasoning and add more oil if required, mix with hands.

10. 4. Cook for 35 minutes at 180 degrees

11. For the Green beans:
1. Cut off the ends of the spring beans and runner beans

12. 2. De string the runner beans

13. 3. Boil on a medium heat for 35 minutes.
