Dublin Coddle of Tony - Recipefy

8 x Pork Sausage ( Cut in half or use cocktail sausages )
1 x Pack of Bacon (12 rashers or use the cheap misfit bits)
1 x Large Onion
4/5 Large Potatoes
1 x Knorr Stock Cube Veg or Chicken ( Mix with about 1 pint of water)

Crusty bread and Butter to serve with

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 120 min

1. Preheat the oven to 150C. Fry the sausage till brown all over( my Kids say Sausage look like fingers so if feeding kids remove the sausage skin and make into small dumplings. Remove most of the white fat from the bacon and brown off in the same frying pan.

2. Peel and chop into big chunks the Potatoes and Onion and place in a casserole dish. Add the Sausage and Bacon and cover the ingredients with the stock.

3. Cover the dish and place in the oven for about 2 Hours.

4. If your out working all day use a slow cooker its just as good
