2 onions chopped
1 tomato chopped
½ cup yogurt beaten
½ cup water
4 Tbsp oil
1 green chili
1 dried bay leaf
1 black cardamom
1 Tbsp garam masala or curry powder
½ Tbsp red chili powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 Tbsp ginger/garlic paste
dried bay leaf and salt to taste

sliced tomato
onion rings
fried onions
fried cashews
few drops of food colour

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 15 min
