Egg Salad of Kelly Barton - Recipefy

4 eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp prepared yellow mustard
2 green onions chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1/8 tsp paprika

1. Place eggs in saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to boil and boil for 5 mins and then turn heat off and let sit for 3 mins. Drain eggs and cover with cold water to cool.

2. Meanwhile, mix mayo, mustard, green onions, salt and pepper and paprika and put in fridge.

3. Peel cooled eggs and chop and place in bowl. Stir in mayo mixture.

4. Can add other goodies such as chopped celery as well.
