Falooda ice cream recipe
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup Vermicelli / semiya
1 cup Mixed fruits (mango, apple, banana, seedless grapes)
3 tablespoon Basil seeds
3/4 cup Water
1/4 cup Milk
3 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon Rooh Afza
1 packet strawberry jelly
Prep. Time → 10 min
Cook Time → 10 min
1. Add semiya to the boiling water and cook it. Drain the excess water from cooked semiya. Wash the cooked semiya with cold water.
Wash and soak the basil seeds in water. Refrigerate the basil seeds for 5 minutes.
Chop the fruits and refrigerate it.
Prepare jelly as directed in the pack. Once set, crumble the jelly lightly using a fork or spoon.
Boil milk and sugar for 5 minuets. And refrigerate it for 5 minutes.
In a tall glass add chopped fruits, cooked semiya, cooled milk, rooh afza, jelly pieces and a spoon of basil seeds.
Again put some fruit pieces and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Fruit Falooda / Faluda is ready. Enjoy!!!
