Fettuccine with ricotta recipe
1 fettucine ( pasta )
1 package(s) ricotta cheese ( whole milk )
1 mozzarella cheese
4 tomatoes ( cut into pieces )
to taste Olive oil
1 red peppers ( cut into pieces )
to taste parsley
to taste salt and pepper
1. 1. Cook Pasta :) (save same cooking water)
2. 2. Cut red bell pepper into peices/ tomatoes
3. 3. When pasta drained in pot: Add tomatoes, pepper, parsley, a little cooking water, and the Ricotta, and Mozzeralla.
