Fettuccine with ricotta recipe

1 pasta: fettuccine
1 container of whole milk ricotta
1 mozzarella cheese
4 tomatoes cut in peices
1 olive oil
1 red pepper cut in peices
1 parsley
1 salt and pepper

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 20 min

1. 1. Cook Pasta :) (save same cooking water)

2. 2. Cut red bell pepper into pieces/ tomatoes

3. 3. When pasta drained in pot: Add tomatoes, pepper, parsley, a little cooking water, and the Ricotta, and Mozzarella.

4. 4.stir all together with the burner on: till ricotta is melted and combined. Mix all together:
