Fish munchurian dumpling in soya sauce

Surmai Fish : 250 gm
Garlic (chopped) : 2 tbsp
Green Chilli ( chopped ) : 2
1/2 Capsicum , chopped
Corn Flour : 2 tsp
Finely Chopped Onion : 2 tbsp
Garam Masala powder : 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste : 2 tsp
Soya Sauce: 2 tbsp
Finely Chopped Green Chilli and Coriander : garnish

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 10 min

1. Take out the bone and skin from the raw fish and mash nicely.

2. Mix finely chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, corn floue and a little salt to the mashed fish.

3. Boil some water in a pan. Make small balls of the fish and put it in the boiling water. Boil for 2-3 minutes and take out from the water.

4. In a pan put aside some oil, chopped garlic, chilli, capsicum, soya sauce and a little salt.Mix some cornflour in water and add to the pan. If necessary add a little water.

5. Now put the dumpling in the mixture in the pan, and mix nicely.

6. Sprinkle fresh coriander and chopped spring onion.

7. Can be served as a starter or as main course.
