Fish Tacos of Michelle - Recipefy

3/4 to 1 pound of white fish (halibut, tilapia, cod, etc.) - for 2-3 people
Soft corn or flour tortillas (taco size)
Lemon juice
Butter
Salt
Pepper

Avocado
Tomato
Shredded lettuce
Pico de Gallo or Salsa Fresca
Shredded cheese

1. Heat your grill over medium high heat.

2. Using a large piece of foil, place the fish in the center of the foil - leaving enough edges to wrap over the fish to make a "foil packet".

3. Fold up the sides of the foil and add a few tablespoons of lemon juice and a few little pieces of butter (just put it in around the fish).

4. Close up the foil packet and place on the hot grill. Cook for 10-15 minutes (depending on how much/how thick your fish is) or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

5. Keep an eye on it because you don't want the liquid to all boil out or the fish will get dry (you can always add more lemon juice and butter if needed!).

Warm up flour tortillas and serve the fish in the tortillas with avocado, tomato, lettuce, cheese, pico or salsa, and anything else that you like on your fish tacos!
