Fresh Peach Cobbler of Bobby Keillor - Recipefy

1/2 Cup butter, melted
2 large peaches, sliced (if fresh peaches you don't have to peel them, but you can)
3/4 Cup sugar
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
Pinch of Cinnamon
3/4 Cup Milk

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 45 min

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. Pour melted butter into an 8" square baking dish.

3. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt & cinnamon together in a bowl; stir in milk just until batter is combined.

4. Pour batter over the butter and top with the sliced peaches (do not stir or mix together).

5. Bake in the oven for 45 - 50 minutes until cobbler is golden brown.

6. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
