12 eggs
3 tbsp full fat milk
3-5 cups veggies chopped small (courgettes, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, garlic etc)
1/2 tsp salt
1tbsp olive oil
1 cup cheese
herbs to garnish (basil/parsley/coriander)

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 30 min

1. Whisk the eggs, milk and salt together

2. Add the cheese to the egg mixture

3. SKILLET
Heat the olive oil in a skillet
Fry the veggies until soft
Add the egg mixture to the pan and cook for a couple of minutes until the bottom starts to cook
Then put in the oven 180 degrees celsius for 7-14 minutes

4. BAKE
Alternatively, fry the veggies in a normal pan
grease a baking dish
add the veggies
pour over the egg mixture and bake for 20-25 minutes
