4 Segments Frozen Permisson
2 Segments Frozen Pear
2 Segments Frozen Black Plum
Cut a Frozen Banana in 4 use 1/4
1 Raw Piece/100% Ice Cube Ginger
1/2 Cup of Soya Milk Light
1/2 Cup Water
