1 pkg Bacon, 16 oz. sour cream, 2 c shredded cheddar, 1 chopped onion, 1/2 c. butter, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 2 c. crushed corn flakes, 2 lbs frozen hashbrowns ( cubed)

Prep. Time → 30 min

Cook Time → 60 min

1. Cook the bacon and crumble.

2. Cook the onon in the bacon drippings.

3. Mix the sour cream, soup, cheese in a large bowl, then add the onion and bacon. Add the frozen potatoes last. Mix well.

4. Melt butter and mix with cornflakes.
Place mixture in 13x 11 pan and spread cornflake mixture on top.

5. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour or until sides are bubbly and top is brown.
