Ingredients
- 227gm (8oz) mashed potato (8 Syns – Original)
- 454gm (16oz) tuna, tinned in brine, thoroughly drained**
- 4tsp Schwartz Garlic & Herb Seasoning for Mashed Potato
- 1 egg yolk
- Fry Light

1. Method
1. Mix the mashed potato, tuna, seasoning and egg yolk together. Divide the mixture into 8 portions and shape into patties.

2. Heat a frying pan sprayed with Fry Light and fry the fish cakes for 5-6 minutes on both sides. Serve with a selection of Syn-free vegetables or salad.
