Garlic sesame stir fried asparagus recipe

1 Tbsp white sesame seeds
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 lb asparagus: trimmed, and cut into 2" peices
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil

1. *This could be a side dish with white rice or brown rice*

2. 1. In a large skillet, toast up the white sesame seeds. No oil, nothing, dry skillet: toasting up really brings up their flavor: let toast for a couple of mins: when they start to be lightly golden brown, you know it's done:

3. 2.when done, take sesame seeds out, and add vegetable oil: get really nice and hot high heat: and add cut asparagus and cook/stir for 2 mins:

4. 3.add chopped garlic, and let cook for 30 sec. Constantly stirring: (high heat)

5. 4.when garlic is done, turn down heat and add soy sauce: add the toasted sesame oil: stir. When done, turn off, and add on white plate:

6. 5.sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds on top
