Gelatina de amaretto

Ingredients for 8-10 pax
- 100 mL amaretto
- 1 cola de pescado
Directions
1. 1.- Calentar amaretto a 80 gr y añadir la cola previamente remojada y escurrida
2.- Disolver y verter en un recipiente con film transparente. La gelatina debe quedar a 0,5 cm de grosor
3.- Enfriar
4.- Cortar en dados
5.- Reservar
