General tso's paleo chicken

Ingredients for 6 servings
24 oz boneless, cubed chicken breast
4 cups stir fry veggies (minus the corn)
1.5 tsp ginger
1tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup coconut aminos
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp sesame oil
1/4 cup geen onion, chopped
2 TBSP olive oil
salt/pepper to taste
3 cups cooked white rice

Directions
1. Combine all in a large Ziploc bag and shake to coat.
Cook in crockpot for 5-6 hours on low or 2-3 on high.
