Ginger and Soy Salmon of Kimberley Barcus - Recipefy

1 salmon fillet
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp pepper

Prep. Time → 35 min

Cook Time → 10 min

1. Combine all ingredients, other than salmon, in a large zip-lock plastic bag. Shake to combine. Add salmon and marinate in the refrigerator 30 minutes, turning once.

Grill the marinated fish for approximately 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
