Ginger Chicken of Kitchen Snippets - Recipefy

Chicken-1 whole
Onion-3- 4 medium chopped & grinded to smooth paste
Ginger-4 tblpn
Green chillies-6
Garlic-5 podes
Red chilli powder-2 tspn
Pepper powder-1 tspn
Chilli sauce-1 tspn
Sugar-2 tspn
Oil-3 tblpn
Chicken stock/water-2cup
Salt

1. Grind together ginger,garlic and green chilles and keep aside.

2. Heat oil in a non stick pan and add onion paste.Saute till they turn light brown.
Then add the ginger-garlic paste,red chilli powder and pepper powder.Saute for few more mints.

3. Add the chicken pieces.Mix well.Sprinkle enough salt and add stock/water.
Cover and cook for 15-20 mints or till the gravy thickens.

4. Then add chilli sauce and saute till all the water from the gravy starts to dry up.

5. Remove from fire and serve hot with fried rice/veg pulav.
