Gingerbread pancakes recipe

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup molasses
1 cup whole milk
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
1/4 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1/4 tsp lemon zest

1. 1. In a bowl, add molasses: (Don't forget to spray the cup with nonstick spray to take out easy ^^) sour cream, eggs, butter, lemon zest; mix to combine.

2. 2.In a another bowl, add flour, add spices; mix to combine. Pour wet Ingredients to dry: mix to combine. Let sit for 5 mins, pre-heat griddle.

3. 3.Add on griddle, cook 3 mins on one side; once you get bubbles, flip ^^

4. 4. Add on plate, and Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
