Gobi Manchurian Dry of Kitchen Snippets - Recipefy

Cauliflower-1 medium,cut into florets
Oil- for frying

For marination

All purpose flour-1/4 cup
Cornflour-4 tblspn
Kashmiri chilli powder/paprika-1/2 tspn
Soy sauce-1 tspn
Tomato sauce-1 tspn
Salt

For dry sauce

Onion-1 cut into small cubes
Sugar-1 tspn
Ginger-1 tspn
Garlic-1 tspn
Green chillies-2-3
Soy sauce-1 tspn
Tomato sauce-1 tblpsn
Red chilli sauce- 1- 1 1/2 tblpsn
Kashmiri chilli powder-1/4 tspn
Cornflour-3 tblpsn( dissolved in 6 tblpsn water )
Spring onion- 1/4 cup chopped
Salt
Oil

1. Mix together the ingredients listed under for marination .Add enough water to make a thick batter.Put the cauliflower florets in the batter and deep fry them till they are golden brown on both sides.Remove from fire and keep aside.

2. Heat 2 tblspn oil in a pan and add sugar.When the sugar dissolves,add chopped onion,ginger,garlic and green chillies.Saute till the onion become transparent.
Then add the sauces and chilli powder and spring onions.saute for 1 mint in medium high flame. Add cornflour mixture to it and saute well( the gravy becomes dry ).Then add in the cauliflower florets ,saute well in high flame for 1 more mint.Remove from fire and garnish with chopped spring onions.
