Grandma janice's german pancakes

Ingredients for 4 people
6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
5 Tablespoons butter

Cook Time → 15 min

Directions
1. Whip eggs till thick and lemon colored. Add milk, flour, salt. Heat butter in 9 x 13 dripper pan. Pour batter into pan pan of melted butter. Bake 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot with maple Syrup.
Some variations are to add pealed apples to mixture before baking.

German pancakes have been a favorite in our family! We also have added sliced apples to the mix. We have also used other syrups besides maple syrup. This is the recipe I use when I make crepes.
