Grandma poole's yellow bean pickle

Ingredients
2lbs (4 cups) sugar
1 cup flour
2 tbsp celery seed ( in a cheeze cloth bag)
1/2 cup dry mustard
1 small tablespoon Tumeric
2 pints vinegar
Directions
1. Pick, Tip and Tail, and cut 2 gallon yellow beans. Cook thoroughly with salt
2. Mix Dry ingredients together, add vinegar and boil 10-15 min Stirring all the time so won't burn
Add the drained beans and heat thoroughly and seal
